Over 30 years of experience in global information and consultancy services...

This is a briefing session for experienced financial services professionals which combines the most recent published views of rating agencies, analysts and the press to update the participants on critical issues and hot topics in their sector and region.

Target Audience
Senior managers, executives, board members, and senior staff for whom up-to-date information and data is critical to the success of their responsibilities.

To compare and contrast the published views and data on the company and its peers
in specific sectors and regions, including institutions and businesses with whom they compete or collaborate.

It is a tightly organized agenda with short sessions and many examples of analysts’ reports, published studies, graphics, and data. All contemporary hot topics are included.
Peer comparisons, elaborating beyond league tables
- Discussions of the business ecosystem
- Capital markets conditions and perspectives

Specific Topics
The risk environment and shareholder perspective in the eyes of external analysts is
the foundation of discussions. The business ecosystem – competitors and collaborators – is discussed in the context of the changing environment, the new economy, and the emerging influence of ecommerce and regulatory sophistication. We also include potential ramifications of the new BIS capital regulations.

The host institution selects the business sectors, regions and topics of greatest interest to the target audience. The consulting team suggests a body of literature and data from the most recent published reports and studies, prepares an outline for approval, and the programme is customized for the specific requirements of the group. The actual session can have cameo appearances or video clips by internal executives, and often participative sessions can be facilitated on specific topics.

The programme is one day or a partial day with advanced preparation that includes interviews of key stakeholders and the customized gathering of all required reports and analysis. Participants will be given a notebook, but all material will also be distributed on CD ROM. Offsite venue is preferred but not required.
